Writing an unsolicited testamonial for our recent real estate agent, Rodessa Newton, is probably the easiest task we have given ourselves in a long time.

As transplanting seniors, we were attempting to find housing half-way between our daughers living in LA and SF.  Replacing 4 acres with an ocean view in Eureka with something comparable on the Central Coast was the challenging assignment.
